When you get the chance to spend time with family or long-lost friends; take advantage of it. You are not doing them a favor, but yourself as well. Go to the park or beach; go fishing or hunting; fly a Cessna plane or go skydiving! It doesn’t have to be perfect, as long as you enjoy the spontaneity of it. It’s actually one way of keeping yourself together and avoiding stress at the same time. Add years to your life and vitality to your body.
