Bleeding gums is usually cause by a plaque. Plaque is a bacterium that grows on the gum line. When plaque and bacteria buildup on the gum line it will develop into gingivitis. When gingivitis starts to occur, your gum will appear swollen and has a bright red color, intense bad breath, and your gum will bleed easily. In short, plaque causes bleeding gums and gingivitis. Gingivitis can affect the tissues that surround our teeth and can cause mouth ulcer and also long term tooth damage. But the good news is we can treat this kind of dental health problem naturally by just practicing a good oral hygiene.
