The main purpose of a beginner fitness weightlifting program is to shock your muscles awake. When you don’t work your muscles like you do when weightlifting, your muscles aren’t strong and probably not fully developed. If you feel deep into your skin, you’ll probably feel how weak your muscles are. And in order to get results like dropping fat or getting toned, strong muscles is needed.
